The device that transfers energy to the continuous flow of fluid by the power of the blades on the rotating impeller or the energy transmitted by the fluid to promote the rotation of the blades is called turbomachinery. In turbomachinery, rotating blades do positive or negative work on the fluid to increase or decrease the pressure of the fluid. Turbomachinery is divided into two categories: one is the working machine, from which the fluid absorbs power to increase the pressure head or head, such as vane pumps and ventilators; the other is the prime mover, in which the fluid expands, reduces the pressure or head to generate power, such as steam turbines and water turbines. The prime mover is called a turbine, and the working machine is a vane fluid machine. ·
According to the different working principle of the fan is divided into two categories: blade type and volume type, in which the blade type can be divided into axial flow type, centrifugal type and mixed flow type. According to the level of pressure generated by the fan, it can be divided into blowers, compressors and ventilators. China's current machinery industry standard JB/T2977-92 stipulates that a ventilator refers to a fan whose outlet pressure (gauge pressure) is less than 0.015MPa under the condition that the inlet is a standard air inlet. The outlet pressure (gauge pressure) is between 0.015MPa and 0.2MPa, which is called a blower. If the outlet pressure (gauge pressure) is greater than 0.2MPa, it is called a compressor.
The main components of the blower are: volute, collector and impeller. ·
The collector can guide the gas to the impeller, and the flow condition at the inlet of the impeller is guaranteed by the geometry of the collector. There are many shapes of the current collector, mainly: cylindrical, conical, cylindrical cone, arc, cylindrical arc, arc cone, etc. ·
The impeller is generally composed of four major components: a wheel cover, a wheel disc, a blade, and a shaft disc. The main connection methods of its structure are welding and riveting. According to the different installation angles of the impeller outlet, it can be divided into three types: radial, forward and backward. The impeller is an important part of the centrifugal fan, driven by the prime mover, is the heart of the centrifugal impeller machinery, responsible for the energy transmission process described by the Euler equation, the flow inside the centrifugal impeller by the impeller rotation and surface curvature of the role also accompanied by flow, reflux and secondary flow phenomenon, so that the flow inside the impeller becomes very complex. The internal flow condition of the impeller directly affects the aerodynamic performance and efficiency of the whole stage and even the whole machine.
The volute is mainly used to collect the gas from the impeller. At the same time, the kinetic energy of the gas can be converted into the static pressure energy of the gas by moderately reducing the gas velocity, and the gas can be guided to leave the volute outlet. As a fluid impeller machinery, it is a very effective method to improve the performance and efficiency of the whole machine from the research of its internal flow field. In order to understand the real flow conditions inside the centrifugal blower, and improve the design of impeller and volute to improve the performance and efficiency, scholars have done a lot of basic theoretical analysis, experimental research and numerical simulation calculation for the centrifugal impeller and volute.,
Other structures of the blower ︰
Rotor: It is composed of shaft, impeller, bearing, synchronous gear, coupling, shaft sleeve, etc.
Bearing: 300 type double row radial spherical roller bearing is selected as the positioning end near the coupling end. The proximal gear end is used as the free end of the 3200 type single row radial short cylindrical roller bearing to adapt to the axial displacement of the rotor during thermal limb expansion.
Synchronous gear: composed of ring gear and hub, easy to adjust the impeller clearance.
Body: Consists of casing and left and right wall panels. The left and right wall panels and the bearing seats and sealing parts installed in the left and right wall panels can be used mutually. ·
Base: medium and small fans are equipped with public base, large fan only with fan base, easy to install and debug.
Lubrication: gear adopts immersion type, bearing adopts splash lubrication. Good lubrication effect, safe and reliable.
Transmission mode: mainly direct coupling. If the performance specifications require, you can also use the V-belt pulley speed change. Flexible coupling is selected for the coupling, which can alleviate the impact and compensate for a small amount of axis deviation. In addition to the large flow fan divided by the electric motor as the driving machine, the steam turbine or other driving machine can also be used.
