When installing the fan, check whether the foundation is firm, whether the surface is flat, and whether the foundation is higher than the ground. 5. When the fan is configured outdoors, a rain shelter should be set. 6. The fan can be used for a long time at an ambient temperature not exceeding 400°C. When it exceeds 400 ℃, cooling measures such as exhaust fans should be installed to extend the service life of the fan. 7. When transporting air, biogas, natural gas and other media, the dust content should not exceed 100mg/m3.

During operation, the bearing temperature shall not be higher than 950 ℃, and the lubricating oil temperature shall not be higher than 650 ℃. 4. The working pressure shall not be higher than the pressurization range specified on the nameplate. 5. The clearance between the impeller and the casing, the impeller and the side plate, and the impeller and the impeller of the three-blade Roots blower has been adjusted at the factory, and the clearance should be ensured when reassembling. 6. When the Roots blower is running, the oil level of the main oil tank and the auxiliary oil tank must be between the two red lines of the oil level gauge. 7. Check whether there is any forgotten fastening place at the connection part of the inlet and outlet, and whether the supporting parts of the pipeline are complete. The blower and vacuum pump that need cooling water should check whether the installation of cooling water meets the requirements.
