For newly installed or repaired blowers in the sewage treatment plant, full load and load trial operation shall be carried out before operation. Under normal circumstances, full load operation for 2-4h, and then according to the factory technical standards, slowly charge pressure overload test run for 8h.

1. Pre-start detection and preparation in advance

(1) Check whether the change value of the power supply current is within the range of 380V 10%.

(2) Check whether the instrument panel and electrical equipment are in good condition, check the wiring condition, and the electrical equipment requiring grounding device shall rely on the spectrum grounding device,

(3) The bolts of the sealing surface of the blower and the pipeline, the anchor bolts of the base and the anchor bolts of the coupling column pin shall be tightened.

(4) The lubricating grease in the oil tank shall be added to the negative correlation of the oil road marking according to the specified model, and the water pump sealing equipment shall be added with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease using the oil mark.

(5) According to the rotation direction of the blower, turn the coupling by hand for 2~3 turns to check whether there is friction and impact on the fuselage.

(6) The electric air valve of the blower shall be turned off, the intake valve shall be fully opened, and the valve shall be checked.

(7) Check the tightness and smoothness of the timing belt, and make adjustments if necessary.

(8) The air filter screen should be cleaned and unobstructed. If it is necessary to clean and replace it with a new one.

2. Full load operation

(1) Start the fan according to the electrical operation sequence.

(2) During the full load operation period, it is necessary to pay attention to the vibration of the unit and listen to the motor rotor for impact and squeak, and whether there is friction and heating between the motor rotor and the housing part.

(3) There should be no noise and sudden smoke at the supporting point of the roller bearing, and the bearing temperature should not exceed the standard value.

(4) The water pump sealing equipment shall be free of noise and air leakage.

(5) No abnormal uneven impact noise shall be found on the same gear shaft.

(6) The gear lubrication method is generally "splash-out". According to the full transparent monitoring of the oil tank, mist oil droplets should be seen gathering under the hole cover.

(7) The no-load current shall be in a balanced state, and the reading value of the instrument panel shall be recorded.

3. Load operation

(1) Open the electric air valve, close the intake valve, and grasp the valve switching speed. The variable pressure shall not exceed the rated value and shall not be fully loaded for trial operation.

(2) When the fan is started, it is forbidden to completely turn off the air outlet pipe to avoid cracking safety accidents.

(3) During load operation, the bypass valve shall be checked for heat generation and steam leakage.

4. Actual operation of shutdown

(1) Make records before shutdown, and record the working voltage, current flow, air pressure, ambient temperature and other relevant information.

(2) gradually open the bypass valve, turn off the outlet valve, pay attention to grasp the valve switching rate.
