Product Details
Centrifugal fan is to rely on the input of mechanical energy, improve the gas pressure side by side to send gas machinery, it is a kind of driven fluid machinery. Chengdu centrifugal fans are widely used for ventilation, dust removal and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings; ventilation and induced air of boilers and industrial furnaces; cooling in air conditioning equipment and household appliances And ventilation; grain drying and selection; wind tunnel air source and hovercraft inflation and propulsion.
Centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. It uses high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction to convert kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes to the radial direction when the gas flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the flow direction and the increase in the cross-sectional area of the pipe slows down the gas flow, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase mainly occurs in the impeller, and secondly occurs in the diffusion process. In the multi-stage Chengdu centrifugal fan, the flow of air into the next impeller is used to generate higher pressure.
The working principle of centrifugal fan turbine compressor is basically the same, because the gas flow rate is low, the pressure change is not big, generally do not need to consider the change of gas specific volume, that is, the gas as an incompressible fluid treatment.
