Product Details
The high temperature fan belongs to the special fan, which is mainly used for high temperature operation, and the use temperature is generally between 100-180 ℃. Widely used in the boiler industry, drying industry.
High temperature centrifugal fan is suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, the highest temperature is not more than 700 ℃ high temperature gas, the dust and hard particles contained in the medium is not more than 150mg/㎡. High temperature fans are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, forging, electric power, nuclear power plants, environmental protection and other fields.
Form:
1. This series of fans are single suction type.
2, W9-26 series high temperature centrifugal fan can be made into right-hand and left-hand two forms, from the motor end face, the impeller rotates clockwise said right rotating fan, said to "right"; according to the counterclockwise rotation said left rotating fan, said to "left.
3. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. The "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles of 0, 45, 90, 135, 180 and 225.
Structural features:
1. Impeller, there are 12 forward bending blades on the impeller. After the impeller is formed, it is tested by dynamic, static balance and overspeed to ensure smooth operation, safety and reliability.
2. The casing is made of low-alloy steel plate.
3. The air inlet has a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is bolted to the front cover group.
4. The transmission group is composed of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the bearing box is an integral water-cooled structure.
